Job Description:

As the Head Waiter, you will lead the front-of-house, ensuring that guests receive the best possible dining experience. You will be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring that service is efficient, professional, and in line with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant floor.

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.

• Take and deliver customer orders efficiently and accurately.

• Ensure guests' needs are met and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

• Monitor and maintain stock levels of restaurant supplies.

• Assist in menu presentation, providing guests with information and recommendations.

• Manage customer bookings and reservations.

• Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter

• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with the ability to make recommendations.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
