We are partnering with a prestigious global luxury retail company to identify an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join its Hong Kong finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals seeking exposure to a high-performing retail environment, working closely with business leaders while supporting financial reporting, planning, analysis, and operational finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support monthly financial closing, management reporting, and performance analysis.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decision-making.

Partner with retail and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Analyze sales, margins, operating expenses, and business performance trends.

Support inventory planning, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Assist with audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.

Drive process improvement initiatives and support system enhancement projects.

Prepare ad hoc analyses and management presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

5+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance.

Retail, luxury retail, consumer products, FMCG, or distribution experience is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is advantageous.

Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders across different functions.

Fluency in English and Cantonese required; Mandarin is an advantage.
