  • Maintain accurate project documentation, asset registry sheets, maintenance records, and visitor log tracking sheets throughout the lifecycle.
  • Support improvements to site operational processes, multi-disciplinary logistics coordination, and team workflows.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with enterprise database platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle), modern spreadsheet engines, or office management technologies will be an advantage.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, relationship alignment, and stakeholder management skills under operational schedules.
  • Good analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously and execute files according to tight, agreed project timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and common project tracking or documentation systems.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary site operators, external engineering contractors, corporate advisors, or cross-functional team leaders will be an advantage.
