A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager capabilities to join their expanding team and drive impactful projects across the ASEAN region. You will be empowered to lead transformative business improvement initiatives, manage large-scale IT and DX projects, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of consulting services in Singapore.

As a Senior Consultant or Senior Manager based in Singapore, you will be entrusted with leading complex consulting projects that span business reform (BPR), IT transformation (DX), project management (PMO), and financial operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve engaging with clients to understand their unique challenges, developing bespoke solutions that drive tangible improvements, coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, and managing all aspects of project delivery-from planning through execution.

What You'll Do

• You will take ownership of consulting projects by understanding and analysing clients' management, business, IT, and operational challenges across various industries.
• You will develop tailored solutions for identified issues, leveraging your expertise to propose actionable strategies that address client needs.
• You will plan and execute consulting engagements from inception through completion, ensuring project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
• You will manage project schedules, tasks, quality standards, risks, and resources to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
• You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders-including clients, internal teams, and external partners-to build consensus and foster collaborative relationships throughout each project.
• You will actively participate in proposal activities for clients, contributing to the creation of new business opportunities and expanding the firm's presence in Singapore.
• You will drive business reform (BPR) initiatives by analysing processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing enhanced workflows, and promoting change among relevant stakeholders.
• You will oversee PMO functions for IT/DX projects by managing large-scale system implementations or renewals related to financial systems such as payments or trading.
• You will contribute to consulting services related to financial operations-including payments and transactions-by applying industry knowledge to solve client challenges.

What You'll Need

• At least 3 years experience in consulting firm supporting banking and financial services clienteles
• Experience in consulting and managing business transformation/IT digital transformation projects
• For Senior Manager positions, you would need to show your capabilities as business leaders or department head. Proven ability to proactively lead businesses, organisations, or projects demonstrates your commitment to delivering results through collaboration.
• Good experience in project management - including schedule coordination, task allocation, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and member development-are crucial for success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with local and regional project team.
