Candidate profile

* Local diploma or degree holders

* Fresh graduates welcome

* Willing to learn throughhands-on F&B operations

Monthly salary

* Diploma holders: approximately$2,700–$2,800

* Degree holders: up to $3,500

* Final package subject toemployer confirmation

Employment terms

* Initial 1-year contract

* 6 working days per week

* Rotating shifts and rest days

Job scope

* Rotate through beverage, coffee and food stations to learn daily operations

* Later take on stall operator coordination and outsourced cleaning supervision

* Potential progression towards Outlet Manager, subject to performance and management assessment
