We’re Hiring: Content Moderator – Japanese Speaker (Local Malaysian)

We are looking for fluent Japanese speakers to join our team as Content Moderators in Malaysia!

Location: Klang Valley
Salary: Up to RM7000 + KPI + Allowence
Intake: October 2026

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Evaluate text, images, videos, and other digital content based on established standards.Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency when making moderation decisions.
- Stay updated on content policies and quality standards.
- Handle sensitive content professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Fluent in Japanese, with strong reading and writing skills.
- Good command of English for workplace communication.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Willing to review sensitive or potentially disturbing online content.
- Fresh graduates with strong Japanese language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
