-6 days per week, 1 weekday off. Work Timing 11.30am to 8.30pm

Job Summary
Join our SHIRLEY JIE team as a Full-Time Stall Assistant in One Punggol Hawker Centre. You will prepare quality dessert, serve customers and help keep the stall running smoothly.
Job Description
Prepare, present dishes to the stall's recipes, portion and quality standards.
Serve customers courteously, take orders, handle payments and respond to enquiries.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in line with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations.
Assist with stock checks, ingredient preparation, opening and closing duties, and general stall upkeep.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in food service is an advantage, but training is provided to motivated candidates.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Valid Basic Food Hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain it) and the legal right to work in Singapore.
