SHAN LI YOU is a natural Yunnan cuisine brand focused on authentic flavours, natural ingredients and warm hospitality.
POSITION
Full-Time Kitchen Prep Cook
SALARY
S$2,400–S$3,500 per month
ROLE SUMMARY
Handle washing, cutting, portioning, storage and daily ingredient preparation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Wash, cut, portion and prepare ingredients.
Complete daily preparation according to kitchen requirements.
Organise stock and store ingredients correctly.
Minimise wastage and maintain station hygiene.
Support daily kitchen operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Kitchen preparation experience is preferred.
Basic knife skills and food-hygiene awareness.
Responsible and able to work well with the kitchen team.
Able to stand for long periods and work rostered shifts.
WORK ARRANGEMENT
10 net working hours plus 2 hours of meal and rest breaks per day; 5.5 rest days per month; rostered shifts.
Salary range is inclusive of basic salary and fixed overtime allowance. Overtime is compensated at 1.5x the hourly basic rate in accordance with the Employment Act.
