M&E, Electrical & Fire Protection Engineer / Site Supervisor

Job Description 工作内容

1. Oversee M&E, electrical and ELV installation projects at construction sites.

2. Read and interpret architectural, M&E and ELV system drawings, prepare method statements and site work plans.

​

3. Supervise site workers, arrange daily work schedule, monitor work progress and quality.

​

4. Conduct site safety inspection, enforce MOM and BCA safety regulations, manage site risks.

​

5. Coordinate with main contractor, client, consultants and sub-contractors for site meetings.

​

6. Prepare site reports, material take-off, progress claim documents and resolve technical site issues.

​

7. Train workers, ensure all site works comply with project specifications and local codes.

Job Requirements 任职要求

1. Diploma / Degree in Electrical or M&E Engineering.

​

2. Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in Singapore construction M&E / fire projects.

​

3. Possess valid WSH Supervisor certificate.

​

4. Proficient in reading construction drawings, familiar with Singapore fire code and electrical regulations.

​

5. Strong communication skill to manage multi-national site team.

​

6. Responsible, safety-minded, able to attend site meetings and handle site emergencies.
