Job Summary
Manage key semiconductor customer accounts, develop long-term business relationships, and drive sales growth. Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand strategic semiconductor customer accounts to drive business growth
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure timely delivery
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with market trends and customer needs
Communicate product specifications, lead times, and delivery schedules clearly and promptly to customers
Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements
Analyze customer requirements and semiconductor market trends to inform account strategies
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field
MBA qualification is advantageous
3 to 5 years of account management or sales experience in the semiconductor industry
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain processes
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills applied to customer and internal stakeholder interactions
Effective project management and problem-solving skills demonstrated in managing customer projects
Ability to travel as required
