Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and turning ideas into successful events?
We are looking for a
creative, organised, and energetic Event Planner
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys brainstorming unique event concepts, coordinating logistics, working with clients, and ensuring every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise and develop creative event ideas, themes, and experiences
Plan and coordinate corporate, social, and private events
Meet with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and event requirements
Prepare event proposals, quotations, and presentation materials
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, decorators, and venue partners
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
Conduct site visits and oversee event setup and execution
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth event operations
Follow up with clients before and after events to ensure a positive experience
Stay updated on industry trends, event concepts, and creative ideas
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative event concepts
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Prior experience in events, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or creative roles is an advantage
