Hiring Service Crew – (Dessert Outlet)

Location: Jalan Krian, George Town, 10400 Penang
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours

• 5 days per week (1 hour break)
• 12.00 PM – 10.00 PM (1 HOUR BREAK)

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and provide friendly customer service.
• Prepare beancurd products, beverages, shaved ice, toppings and other menu items according to company standards.
• Handle cashier duties, payments and POS transactions when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in workstations, equipment and dining areas.
• Assist with stock preparation, replenishment, storage and inventory checking.
• Ensure food quality, safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Support daily outlet operations and work closely with team members.

Job Requirements

• No prior F&B experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in F&B, retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, punctual and customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to learn food preparation, cashiering and customer service duties.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
• Able to follow company procedures and food safety standards.
