岗位职责
Lead and manage construction projects throughout the project lifecycle to achieve project objectives and SEQDC targets (Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery and Cost).
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop project execution plans, construction methods, resource plans and project schedules.
Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables and contractual requirements.
Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, environmental requirements, company EHS policies and project safety plans.
Oversee quality control to ensure work meets project specifications and client expectations.
Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement, contracts, variations and commercial risks.
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, utility agencies and senior management.
Ensure statutory approvals, permits and inspections are completed on time.
Prepare regular reports on project progress, safety, quality, costs and risks.
Oversee commissioning, handover, defect management and project closeout.
Support tender reviews, business development and pre-construction planning when required.
