Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Option period: 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Wednesdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.
• Service not required on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A-Level qualification.
• At least three years of administrative work experience in a secondary school.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team.
• Fluent spoken English for handling telephone enquiries and communicating with school stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Handle telephone calls and enquiries from stakeholders.

2. Process invoices for all Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) budgets.

3. Prepare and monitor CCA instructors' timesheets.

4. Assist with data entry for the mid-year budget review.

5. Support collections from students for enrichment programmes and iPad purchases.
