Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and go-to-market plans.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align initiatives with company objectives.
• Leadership: Mentor junior BD team members and provide guidance on proposal strategies and content.
• Reporting: Present strategic plans and opportunities to senior management.
