Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Singapore

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support across multiple SuccessFactors modules. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, troubleshooting, system optimization, and collaboration with business stakeholders and SAP partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and configuration of Employee Central, SmartRecruiters, Onboarding/Offboarding, Talent Intelligence Hub, Performance, Goals, Succession, Calibration, and other talent modules.
• Manage requirements gathering, data migration, UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), business rules, workflows, email notifications, and custom MDF objects.
• Troubleshoot integration jobs, IAS/IPS issues, document generation, and module-related technical and functional issues.
• Perform mass data updates, tenant provisioning, and tenant refresh activities.
• Deliver production support, system enhancements, and defect resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain project documentation, UAT evidence, approvals, and SDLC compliance.
• Collaborate with business teams, internal IT, and SAP AMS partners to ensure system stability, data security, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, SmartRecruiters, Onboarding/Offboarding, Talent modules, and Talent Intelligence Hub.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration, security, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
