Internal and external report submission-including periodic maintenance reports. technical questionnaires, improvement initiatives, and any other technical reporting as required. Provide comprehensive support on machine troubleshooting-including mechanical systems. pneumatics. PLCs, servo drivers, and other related components. Development of machine concepts-applying analytical processes to meet given specifications for performance, cost, and sustainability. Supervision of sub-ordinates- guiding them through development phases • of projects while ensuring machine breakdowns are minimized. Periodic Maintenance Planning and reporting at Assembly section. Training, preventive maintenance, productivity, and production capacity. Attend and pass the Fire Department test to be appointed as Fire Safety • Manager (FSM), fulfill their annual request such as planning,training, risk assessment, coordination, and documentation. Prepare and review Periodic Maintenance report (monthly) for Assembly. Fulfill requirement by Fire Department on factory compliance. • Prepare Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) & new registration for TFM Marking for TFM vendor. Update and review machine part inventory file monthly basis.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
