SHIPPING / MERCHANDISER

We are an international trading company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SHIPPING AND MERCHANDISER to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement and order fulfillment cycle from vendor sourcing and price negotiation to order follow-up and delivery.
• Prepare and process complete sets of import/export shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB).
• Book containers and coordinate sea/air freight and local logistics with forwarders, suppliers, and Mainland China factories.
• Prepare product quotations and photo offers using buyer templates (basic Canva/Photoshop usage).
• Handle electronic customs declarations (Tradelink) and update internal ERP systems.
• Assist with testing lab coordination, compliance standards, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Diploma / HKDSE / Form 5 or above in a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, shipping, in trading companies.
• Exposure to general merchandise, electronics, hardware, or automotive aftermarket products is a plus.
• Familiarity with US/European compliance standards and Tradelink/ERP systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to travel to supplier factories when required.
