JobResponsibilities
Responsible for general office administrative duties and support on invoicing, delivery orders, inventory related duties.
Maintain and upkeep of filing system for documents.
Assist in warehouse operations including shipments,receiving and ensuring proper documentations.
Processing and organise incoming shipments ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in inventory management, stock take and logistic support.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
JobRequirements
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Team player and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Meticulous – has an eye for details.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and responsible
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong Communication skills and exceptional analytical skills.
Proactive and positive attitude
