This role supports both the service team and kitchen, maintaining smooth coordination between the two.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Assist with taking orders when needed.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and requests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.

Cleanliness & Organisation

• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and utensils.
• Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with side duties such as folding napkins, setting tables, restocking items, etc.

Teamwork

• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors.
• Offer help to team members during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly about customer needs or special requests.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
• Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.
• Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and carry trays.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualities:

• Friendly, proactive, and reliable attitude.
• Good memory and attention to detail.
• Experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
