QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Licensed engineer or equivalent certification
• With experience in Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of infrastructure projects as Hydrologist or Drainage Engineer.
• With experience in any IFI or ODA projects within Southeast Asia
• Must be willing to be assigned overseas during the project duration
• Relevant trainings/seminars/workshops are highly advantageous.
