Key Responsibilities:

• Site Inspections: Conduct daily safety inspections to identify workplace hazards, non-compliance practices, and unsafe activities.
• Risk Assessments: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Permit-to-Work (PTW): Coordinate and verify PTW applications for high-risk operations (e.g., Working at Heights, Hot Work, Confined Space Entry).
• Incident Reporting: Assist in investigating workplace accidents, dangerous occurrences, and near-misses, identifying root causes, and tracking corrective actions.
• Safety Briefings: Organise and conduct daily Toolbox Talks and site safety orientations for workers and subcontractors.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain proper WSH training records, inspection reports, statutory compliance registers, and audit documentation.

Requirements:

• Certification: Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH Level B) or equivalent recognised qualification in Singapore.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant WSH experience in Singapore
• Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Singapore WSH Act, Environmental Public Health Act, and MOM statutory guidelines.
• Additional Certifications (Preferred): Certified Safety Supervisor, Working at Height (WAH) Assessor, or Confined Space Assessor, Occupational First Aid,
• Core Skills: Strong observational skills, effective written and oral communication, firm enforcement of safety protocols, and good teamwork.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
