Key Responsibilities

Outlet Operations & Team Management

• Oversee daily operations across our Bugis Junction and Aperia Mall outlets.
• Manage staff schedules, manpower allocation and daily workflow.
• Guide, motivate and supervise the team.
• Maintain service standards, outlet cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required.

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct customer consultations to understand their slimming and wellness goals.
• Recommend suitable treatments and packages based on individual needs.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to encourage retention, repeat visits and package renewals.
• Monitor outlet sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Marketing & Promotions

• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and campaigns.
• Communicate ongoing promotions to staff and ensure effective implementation.

Requirements

• Prior experience  (5 years) in the beauty, slimming, aesthetics or wellness industry is required.
• Experience in beauty sales, consultations and package sales.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive and confident in achieving targets.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to manage multiple outlets and work independently.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends when required.
