Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, including content creation, distribution, and performance analysis across social media and digital channels - even if in an agency, freelance, or supporting capacity.

Strong first-hand knowledge of and genuine interest in KL nightlife.

Ability to identify new nightlife trends, events, and content opportunities.

Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices across platforms relevant to our target audience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Demonstrated ability to translate paid media thinking (audience targeting, funnel strategy, performance metrics) into organic content planning and execution.

An interest in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance content production and marketing performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with fluency in English being a significant asset.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a lean, close-knit team.

Proactive and growth-oriented, with a genuine desire to contribute to a next-generation content and brand execution studio.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media channels to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and other digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.

Monitor and research emerging trends, events, and audience interests related to KL nightlife.

Develop timely and engaging social media content ideas based on KL nightlife trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative organic marketing initiatives, staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Help maintain and update the company's social media and other digital assets, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines, AI Models.
