SENIOR CNC MILLING MACHINIST

Location: Jelutong, Penang, Malaysia

Number of vacancies: 2

Starting period: Immediately

Salary: RM5,000– RM8,000/month, depending on technical skills, experience and knowledge

We are looking for an experienced Senior CNC Milling Machinist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC Milling, preferably with specific experience in semiconductor test socket machining.

Job Scope:

l Setupandoperate3-axis CNC Milling machines for precision components.

l Machine semiconductor test sockets and related high-precision components according to drawings and specifications.

l Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and machining tolerances.

l Select appropriate cutting tools, work holding and machining parameters.

l Performing-process inspection and ensure parts meet quality requirements.

l Troubleshoot machining, tooling and dimensional issues.

l Support CNC programming, process improvement and optimization.

l Guide and provide technical support to junior machinists.

Requirements:

l Minimum5 years of CNC Milling experience.

l Test socket machining experience is highly preferred / strongly required.

l Strong knowledge of precision machining, tooling and cutting conditions.

l Able to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.

l Experience machining high performance engineering plastics.

l Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. l Candidates with stronger technical expertise and process knowledge may be considered for a salary of up to RM8,000/month
