• Run programme scheduling and resource planning, and support students from orientation through exams.
• Prepare the overall schedule and release Syllabus Plus timetables on time, with prompt updates to stakeholders
• Plan rooms and lecturers and maintain data in the student management system
• Liaise with vendors on lecturer placement, contracts and payroll, and with departments on statutory updates
• Plan exam schedules with the Exam Team and Exam Centre (main and re-exams); support assessment material prep with academics
• Run student orientation; send start term and test, quiz and exam information
• Handle student queries and requests: re-module, deferment, extension, exemption, programme switch, withdrawal
• Enrol students, track module enrolments, and follow up on deviations from the study pathway
• Monitor attendance, issue warning letters, follow up on absenteeism, and report weekly/monthly
• Prepare attendance registers, student pass renewal information and the exam nominal roll
• Monitor fee payments and issue invoices
• Flag and follow up on at-risk students and exam absences
• Assist with lecturer orientation; liaise with academics and university partners
• Build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc duties as required
