Our Technology desk is a well-established and successful part of our Singapore business, and we are looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals across various levels of seniority to join the team. You'll have the opportunity to build your own network, develop relationships with clients and candidates, and become a specialist within a fast-moving and constantly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk within technology across financial services, fintech, or related sectors
• Proactively develop new business opportunities while expanding and deepening existing client relationships
• Headhunt, assess, and place mid‑ to senior‑level technology professionals
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategies, market insights, and compensation trends
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through to offer management and placement
• Build a strong personal brand through networking, referrals, and market engagement
• Consistently deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics
