Job Title: Clinic Assistant
Location: Klinik Drs Young Newton, Jalan Ampang

Job Summary
The Radiographer cum Clinical Assistant supports diagnostic imaging and daily clinic operations by performing X-ray examinations, assisting with patient care, and managing administrative tasks. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach are essential to ensure accurate imaging, efficient clinic workflow, and quality healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray examinations safely and accurately.
• Prepare and position patients for X-ray procedures.
• Maintain X-ray equipment, imaging records, and radiation safety standards.
• Assist doctors with daily clinic operations and the dispensary.
• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Handle billing, payments, and panel/insurance claims
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain clinic records.
• Deliver excellent patient care and support the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging.
• Valid APC and relevant professional registration
• Experience in a clinic or hospital is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Willing to work 45 hours per week, including weekends if required. Also to support the shift rotation based on clinic roster.
