岗位职责
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, with a strong focus on Sales and Service Tax (SST) management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and maintain records of SST-registered suppliers and customers.
*Verify and record SST details, including SST registration information, exemption status, taxable transactions and supporting documents.
*Monitor and maintain proper records of SST exemption quantities/limits.
*Closely monitor SST exemption balances and ensure they are properly utilized and recorded.
*Remind and follow up with customers/suppliers when SST exemption applications or supporting documents are required.
*Liaise with suppliers, customers and relevant internal departments regarding SST matters.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date SST records and filing.
*Assist with SST reconciliation, reporting and preparation of supporting documents when required.
*Assist with general accounting duties, data entry, filing, documentation and other finance-related tasks.
*Assist the Accounts/Finance team in maintaining accurate and complete accounting records, ensuring proper documentation and filing for audit purposes.
*Perform any other administrative and accounting duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
