Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day ICT and end-user technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software, laptops, PCs, printers, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, VPN and peripherals.
• Manage user administration, Active Directory, Outlook, accounts and password resets.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Skype for meetings, webinars and school events.
• Manage ICT assets, inventory, licences and equipment distribution.
• Assist with ICT projects, procurement, vendor coordination and budget management.
• Maintain and update the school website and landing pages.
• Provide photography, videography and video editing support for school events.
• Provide user training and technical guidance to staff.
• Maintain support records and manage/escalate complex technical incidents.

Requirements:

• Diploma in ICT or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in MOE Singapore schools is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networks, servers, AV systems and smart devices.
• Experience in vendor/project management and ICT procurement is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong photography, videography and video post-production skills are an advantage.
