岗位职责
What you'll do
Own product engineering end-to-end, hands-on — from architecture and backend to frontend and infrastructure.
Choose the technology stack and make pragmatic build-vs-buy decisions, keeping things simple while leaving room to scale.
Build the APIs and backend services that connect our LLM problem-formulation layer, algorithmic solvers, and knowledge library.
Build the interfaces where users review and verify the platform’s reasoning — a core part of our product.
Own cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and uptime, while ensuring enterprise data remains secure.
Establish engineering standards across testing, code review, CI/CD, and development practices that future hires can build upon.
Work closely with the founders and AI Research Scientists to shape the roadmap and turn research into production-ready features.
What we look for
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience taking a product from early stage to production, ideally as an early or sole engineer.
A proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining production systems end to end.
Pragmatic judgment about when to ship simply and when to build properly.
Comfort making technical decisions independently.
Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical founders and researchers.
