Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Vehicle Product Manager – Electric Vehicles & Mobility Solutions to join our Product Strategy & Innovation team at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS). In this pivotal product leadership role, you will define and execute vehicle specification roadmaps, connected vehicle features, and commercial positioning for our next-generation Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Autonomous Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platforms across Asia-Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end vehicle product strategy—from concept definition, Trim/Option packaging, and pricing positioning to mid-cycle refreshes—for new EV models produced or piloted at HMGICS.
• Market Telemetry & Local Feature Alignment: Analyze regional automotive trends, consumer feedback, regulatory frameworks (such as LTA vehicle type approval guidelines), and competitor lineups to tailor vehicle feature sets for APAC markets.
• Connected Car & Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) Features: Partner with R&D software engineers, UI/UX designers, and telematics teams to define over-the-air (OTA) software feature requirements, autonomous driving capabilities, and in-cabin digital user experiences.
• Cross-Functional Manufacturing & Launch Coordination: Collaborate closely with smart factory operations, quality assurance, procurement, and regional marketing teams to ensure smooth vehicle assembly validation and launch execution.
• Commercialization & Distributor Enablement: Develop product briefing materials, technical specification decks, and sales training frameworks for regional dealership networks and fleet partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years of progressive product management or product planning experience within a major original equipment manufacturer (OEM), electric vehicle company, or mobility tech enterprise.
• Domain Mastery: In-depth knowledge of EV architecture, high-voltage battery technologies, charging infrastructure standards (CCS2), and vehicle connectivity platforms.
• Regulatory Acumen: Familiarity with ASEAN automotive safety regulations, UNECE vehicle homologation standards, and Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA) vehicle approval processes.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong technical presentation capability, cross-functional project management track record, and experience working with cross-border engineering teams.

Pay: $10,500.00 - $17,000.00 per month
