Job Description

• Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions — gaining real exposure to how talent acquisition shapes an organisation
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop targeted strategies that consistently attract the right people
• Lead structured candidate interviews and assessments — building your ability to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit with confidence
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines that give the business a genuine competitive edge in a fast-moving hiring landscape
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment tracking — sharpening your operational and organisational skills daily
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation in full compliance with MOM regulations and best practices
• Translate recruitment data and metrics into actionable insights that continuously improve hiring speed, quality, and overall outcomes
• Build a rewarding HR career with genuine mentorship, real placement ownership, and structured development from day one

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,200.00 per month
