Role: Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Agentic AI

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI/LLM solutions for government and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI solutions, including RAG, tool/function calling and multi-step agent workflows.
• Build production-ready AI applications using Python, Java, React/TypeScript and cloud technologies.
• Develop AI evaluation, observability, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases and business systems securely.
• Lead technical discovery and translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Work with client engineering teams on CI/CD, deployment, security, governance and production support.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML/LLM solutions in production.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks and orchestration.
• Experience with tool/function calling, AI evaluation and guardrails.
• Strong Python skills; experience with Java and React/TypeScript is preferred.
