Job Summary

Lead market expansion and sales efforts for AMHS systems and semiconductor automation equipment. Manage customer relationships, sales contracts, and guide the sales team to achieve performance targets while providing market insights to support product development.

Responsibilities

• Expand market presence and drive sales of AMHS systems, semiconductor equipment, and industrial automation scheduling software to meet company targets
• Identify and develop new customer accounts to increase sales opportunities
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts while coordinating contract-related issues to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing feedback and managing emergency situations effectively
• Collect and analyze market data to provide actionable recommendations for product development and improvement
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve annual sales performance goals through coaching and performance monitoring

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, marketing, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales and key account management
• Familiarity with semiconductor automation equipment and production scheduling systems
• Proven skills in market development, customer relationship management, communication, and coordination
