Who Fits the Boutique:

• Minimum 2 years of retail or luxury retail experience
• Passionate about fashion & the luxury industry
• Strong customer-service and selling ability
• Confident interacting with different customer profiles
• Good spoken English
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Well-groomed with professional presentation
• Positive, energetic & proactive
• Comfortable working towards individual sales targets
• Strong team player with a customer-first mindset

The Client Experience You'll Create

Welcome every customer with genuine hospitality and guide them through a polished luxury shopping experience.

You'll also:

• Understand customer preferences & recommend suitable pieces
• Work towards individual sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop customer profiles for future engagement
• Follow up with clients after their purchases
• Coordinate after-sales needs such as repairs & leather care
• Support boutique operations and security procedures
• Assist with cash & stock management
• Maintain visual merchandising and display standards
• Support teammates during daily boutique operations
