Responsibilities

• Support the development of IT strategies to improve business and production processes.
• Assist in reviewing and approving IT solutions based on company needs.
• Work with users, consultants, and IT teams on new projects.
• Analyze requirements and prepare basic system documentation.
• Ensure systems and applications meet business and technical requirements.
• Research and recommend relevant technologies.
• Assist in planning system capacity and future expansion.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and user guides.
• Support business continuity and risk management activities.
• Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using PHP, Oracle, SQL, Javascript Mobile Apps, JQuery

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
