The Job

• Manage financials relating to Rewards provided to credit card customers, ensuring adequate funds are provisioned.
• Collaborate with tech and delivery teams to enhance new capabilities - delivering seamless and best-in-class rewards earning and redemption journeys for customers
• Ensure complete adherence and compliance with internal governance standards and regulator policies
• Manage relationships with external partners, including contractual governance, invoicing, commercials, etc.
• Develop and manage effective marketing communication for customers and stakeholders

The Talent

• Minimally 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience supporting or managing Rewards/Credit Card Rewards portfolios
• Strong understanding of credit card products and customer rewards programmes
