3–5 years of marketing experience, with 1–2 years managerial
Proven track record of successful campaigns and team leadership
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus

Manage marketing budget and allocate resources
