Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Perform general office duties, including document preparation, photocopying, scanning, filing, printing, mailing, and maintaining office records.
- Organize, maintain, and regularly update physical and digital files, records, reports, and documentation, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and easily accessible.
- Perform data entry and recordkeeping with a high level of accuracy, including updating databases, spreadsheets, and internal records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, letters, forms, and other administrative documents as required.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, appointments, calendars, and staff schedules, ensuring timely communication of relevant information and updates.
- Handle general correspondence, phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly, directing matters to the appropriate person when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments, including assisting with follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day coordination.
- Assist with special projects, events, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and confidential approach when handling company information, documents, and sensitive records.
- Liaise with internal team members and external parties when required to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve office filing, documentation, and administrative processes for greater efficiency.
Requirements & Experience
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Admin Executive, Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong data entry, typing, documentation, filing, and record management skills with good attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in administrative work.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Positive, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
