KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and attend to patients professionally
• Manage patient registration, appointments and enquiries
• Handle phone calls and appointment bookings
• Manage billing, payments and cashiering duties
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow up with patients on appointments when required
• Assist with general administrative and clinic duties
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient journey

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior receptionist, customer service, healthcare or dental experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and service-oriented personality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates without dental experience but with strong customer service experience are welcome
