Remote, Singapore-based | 2.2K SGD/month
We're Network. We connect homeowners with interior design firms — 120+ ID firms on our books.
Our niche: Interior Designers, Architects, Furniture Suppliers, Personal Branding. Platforms we manage: IG, FB, TikTok, YT.
We produce a lot of content. Shoots most weeks, a full creative team, a production team. What we don't have is someone making sure it's the right content.
That's this role. You decide what gets made for each client account, and you're measured on whether those accounts grew.
What you'll do:
Content strategy per account
— built with the consultant holding the client. They own the relationship, you own what gets made and why.
Content performance
— reach, retention, page growth, enquiries. Weekly, not monthly.
Format development
— find what pulls on one account and carry it to the others. You own the pattern across the book.
Visual consistency
— every feed reads as one brand
Briefs
— complete enough that the creative team never comes back with questions
Copywriting
— captions and hooks in each client's voice
Shoots
— schedule with the client and production team, brief what the shoot must produce
What we're looking for:
1–2 years in content or social marketing, client-facing
Mandarin & English
You've grown an account and can show what moved
Comfortable reading performance data and acting on it
Taste, and the ability to defend it
WhatsApp fluent — you reply fast
