Waiter / Waitress Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth and efficient operation at the restaurant

• Convey effective communication with guests, kitchen and service teams

• Possess knowledge of the menu and ensure all meal orders are served in a timely and correct manner

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant area as well as table set up

• Assist in restaurant operational duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 1 Year experience in a similar role, recent graduates will be considered

• Fluent English, Mandarin / Cantonese speaking is required

• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) operational knowledge

• Strong initiative, motivational and people skills

• Formal hospitality management or culinary education is a plus.

• Wine knowledge or WSET holder is a plus

• Familiarity with windows office & Sevenrooms
