Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Continuously Review, Improve and Automate Supply Chain Processes with available IT tools. Develop and deploy RPA scripts to streamline repetitive Supply Chain tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain clear documentation of process improvements, automation workflows, and dashboard configurations to support knowledge sharing and future scalability.
• Assist in planning and executing cross-functional or cross-regional supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and effective stakeholder communication.
• Design and build strategic Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time insights and support predictive analytics. Leverage data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Explore opportunities to integrate sustainability practices into supply chain operations, such as reducing waste or improving energy efficiency through digital tools.
• Supply chain operations benefit from data analytics, fostering strategic predictive insights
• Aligning procurement processes with Lighthouse4.0 standards to enhance digital transformation
• Work with cross-functional teams to discover and prioritize opportunities for automation and process enhancements
• Assist in evaluating and integrating new software solutions to optimize supply chain workflows
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure smooth operations
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Supply chain/Logistics/Computer Science/Data Analytics or its equivalents
  
  

Skills

• Skilled at finding solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially using tools like Microsoft Power BI, RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate), and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Additional tech skills are a bonus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset. Enjoy engaging in the process of problem-solving and contribute positively to the team's dynamics.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and digital tools
