Build a specialist practice - not just a recruitment desk

TENTEN Partners is looking for an experienced technology recruitment professional to help grow our established search practice across Singapore and the wider APAC region.

This is an opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who wants greater autonomy, excellent earning potential and the freedom to build meaningful client relationships - without the bureaucracy, rigid hierarchy or activity-based micromanagement found in many larger agencies.

You may be particularly strong at opening new client relationships, developing strategic accounts or leading complex searches. We do not expect every Associate Director to have exactly the same commercial style. What matters is your ability to create sustainable revenue, deliver high-quality work and contribute positively to the wider business.

The opportunity

As an Associate Director, you will help drive and expand TENTEN’s Technology Search Practice, with a particular focus on senior technology hiring within financial services and related sectors across APAC.

You will remain commercially hands-on while building a sustainable market, strategic client portfolio and network.

Depending on your strengths, your contribution may be weighted towards new-business development, strategic account growth or specialist search leadership.

You will:

• Develop and expand relationships with senior technology, Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders.
• Win new mandates and/or grow revenue across established client accounts.
• Lead mid-to-senior, leadership and executive technology searches.
• Advise clients on talent availability, remuneration, market movements and competitor activity.
• Build a strong network across Technology, Data and AI, Cyber Security, Cloud, Engineering and Digital Transformation.
• Identify opportunities through candidate intelligence, referrals and market insight.
• Partner with colleagues across practices and regions, sharing opportunities according to expertise.
• Support and mentor consultants while remaining accountable for your own commercial performance.
• Contribute to TENTEN’s market visibility through client events, content and thought leadership.
• Maintain high standards of candidate care, client delivery, CRM discipline and recruitment compliance.

• Strong market knowledge and an established network of CTOs, CIOs and Heads of Technology, particularly within financial services across APAC.
• A proven business developer who brings talent solutions and market insight that add real value to new and existing clients.
• A natural team player who earns respect and is committed to developing the people around them.
• An established portfolio is valuable, but we are equally interested in recruiters who can demonstrate how they have built trusted relationships, expanded accounts and created repeatable revenue.
