*Deliver excellent service and oversees daily operations in the dining area.

*Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.

*Monitor the dining room flow, coordinate table turns, and ensure all stations are fully set up before service.

*Delegate tasks to servers and runners, conduct pre-shift briefings, and train junior and/or new staff.

*Ensure team members follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

*Support the Supervisor/Manager in maintaining efficient daily operations.

*Help with stock checks, inventory control, and minimizing wastage.

*Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and outlet preparation where required.

*Promote menu items, promotions, and upselling opportunities, when appropriate, to improve sales.

*Perform general food and beverage operational tasks as required (e.g Taking orders, serving, and preparation of food and beverages).

*Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and efficiently organised.

*Stay attentive to customer needs and respond promptly to requests.

*Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
