Klinik Perubatan Wildan 24 Jam, Bukit Besar, Kuala Terengganu

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to handle administrative coordination, staff recruitment, SOP documentation, and regulatory compliance especially related to CKAPS (Unit Kawalan Amalan Perubatan Swasta). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrate initiative, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. .

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR/Admin roles (clinic or healthcare background is an advantage).
• Strong proficiency in official correspondence, Microsoft Office, and documentation management.
• Familiarity with CKAPS documentation and Company Secretary (CoSec) matters is a bonus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
