About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Systems Administrator to manage, maintain and enhance our NetSuite ERP platform. This is a hands-on technical role involving system configuration, customisation, integrations and continuous improvement to support business operations across a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, forms and records.
• Develop and maintain customisations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder.
• Manage integrations between NetSuite and other business applications using APIs.
• Deliver system enhancements, testing, releases and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system performance, security and data integrity.
• Work closely with Finance, Business Systems and Data teams to deliver effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP systems administration, configuration or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, configuration and customisation.
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and saved searches.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, environment management, releases and change control.
• Experience supporting system enhancements throughout the development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
• NetSuite Administrator certification.
• Experience managing and supporting NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) and NetSuite Consolidation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Added Advantage

• Experience with NetSuite implementation or optimisation projects.
• Knowledge of Azure integration services, iPaaS platforms or SQL.
• Experience supporting global business operations.
• Marine or energy industry experience.

Pay: Up to RM13,000.00 per month
