Recognised diploma or degree in Architecture, Building or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Employer and appropriate to the role.

At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in site supervision.

Hands-on experience in architectural inspections, quality control, site records and defect rectification.

Must satisfy applicable prevailing professional registration or accreditation requirements for the role.

Good knowledge of architectural finishes, façade coordination and Singapore construction practices.
