Responsibilities:
QS and Documentation:
1. Manage contract documents, drawings, and client instructions according to document

control procedures, work with Site Administrator

2. Check and verify drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)

3. Assist in sourcing quotations via the Procurement Department, update project budgets,

and distribute updated documents

4. Keep track of the document tracking lists

5. Attend variation meetings with the Project Manager, ability to interact with Main

Contractors, Consultants & Owners

6. Support Project Manager with administrative tasks, together with Site Administrator

7. Preparation of monthly reports

8. Manage and update on all site instructions and variation orders, keep track of such

records

Progress Claims Verification:
1. Prepare and verify monthly progress claims for submission to the Main Contractor

2. Liaise with the Main Contractor on payment response, follow up with Accounts

Department for billing

3. Update progress claim reports for Project Manager

4. Receive, evaluate and verify Delivery Orders and subcontractor claims

5. Conduct site verification of variations and maintain record of related claims

6. Review and certify subcontractor progress claims’ submission and payment

7. Monitor orders in execution and report on balance amounts

8. Assist Project Managers to prepare quotations

9. Any other QS related works required on-site
